Learn by Doing

In our signature Studio Experience, students work with peers in professional teams, mirroring the real-world professional studio environment. Our Leahy Center for Digital Forensics & Cybersecurity gives students the opportunity to apply classroom learning to real-world client work.
Just the Facts
Our student-to-faculty ratio means you can count on personalized support and guidance from faculty and staff committed to your academic success.
The Fiske Guide to Colleges 2025 named Champlain College among the 300 “best and most interesting” colleges in the U.S., Canada, Great Britain and Ireland.
Champlain was named a “Most Innovative School” by U.S. News & World Report in its “America’s Best Colleges” 2024 ranking of universities in the North.
Study Abroad
In addition to our campus in Burlington, Vermont, we have two state-of-the-art academic centers: one in Dublin, Ireland, and the other in Montreal, Canada. At either of our international centers, you can take required courses in your major and even land an internship. When you study abroad in Montreal or Dublin, your financial aid scholarships transfer to your semester or year abroad.

Academic Support Resources
Like everything at Champlain, academic and career support comes with a personal touch. We want to get to know you, hear about your dreams and aspirations, and then help you develop a personalized plan to make those dreams come true. Starting in your first weeks on campus, we’ll start connecting you with advisors, mentors, and coaches through our academic and career support resources.
